CANCELATION POLICY

We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows:

If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will need to pay a deposit in order to rebook.
Repeat offenders may be asked to prepay for future appointments.

ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We understand that SOMETIMES THERE ARE MISCOMMUNICATIONS AND YOU CAN END UP NOT COMPLETELY LOVING THE END RESULT. IN THIS CASE PLEASE CONTACT YOUR STYLIST WITHIN 7 DAYS We will assess the issue and, if it's something that can be easily corrected, we’ll offer a complimentary redo within that 7-day period.

ADJUSTMENT services are offered for the same issue only (for example, coloUr not as expected). It must be something that was a mistake or issue on our part, not changes due to personal preferences after the appointment. 

WE DO NOT OFFER ADJUSTMENTS ON COLOUR CORRECTIONS, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE DO EVERYTHING WITHIN OUR POWER TO GET YOU TO YOUR GOAL RESULT, WHEN IT COMES TO COLOUR CORRECTIONS WE ARE DEALING WITH MANY DIFFERENT FACTORS WORKING AGAINST US. 

UPON BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH US YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT WE DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW FOR REFUNDS.
